Tip: Base Camp means you will set up your gear once and remain set up throughout the trip. Nomads means you will set up camp at two to three spots.

Note* If under 18, you will need a parent or sponsor who is responsible for you (and in your group) during the trip. This is a physically challenging men's trip and being real, raw, and honest will be beneficial in teachings and conversations.

Team Coordinator:(People)

Before Trip

Communicate with the team to confirm gear and trip details are in order
Communicate with the trip organizer with your group details

During Trip

Keep a copy of the group and emergency numbers
Find trustworthy group members to carry the second set of paperwork.
Take roll call

Chaplain:(Soul)

Before Trip

Pray
Plan, lead and delegate devotional times, including questions
Communicate with other chaplains

During Trip

Morning or Lunch Devotions (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Evening Study (Thursday and Friday)
Saturday Study is the main study for all groups together(led by Head Chaplin)

Mentor/Cicerone : (Dutch Uncle or Buttinski) (One another)

Help a guy new to MWWT

Before Trip

Make sure they have the right backpacking gear and clothing for being out in the cold
Make sure they have appropriate food for meals and snacks

During Trip

Check up with them during the trip
Help with setup at the campsite
Pray with one another

By signing this document, the parent and/or legal guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity and agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify the released parties described above from all liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said released parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian.
